Welcome to the home page for the estate agency and conveyancing division of ELP Solicitors.

At ELP Solicitors we appreciate that buying or selling a home can be one of the most important things in life. Our clients are always advised by our experienced estate agency staff and our fully qualified conveyancing solicitors throughout the transaction. At the beginning of every transaction our clients are provided with full details of the costs involved, and our policy has always been to charge no more than is necessary to ensure that our high levels of service are maintained. Our estate agency staff and our solicitors are easily contactable and will take the time to discuss matters fully with our clients and deal with all of their concerns.

We appreciate that many of our clients like to know as much as possible about how the legal process of buying and selling property works. We have therefore prepared brief guides on selling property, buying property, and also the process of re-mortgaging property. We also appreciate that it is important for our clients to be able to plan their budget as carefully as possible before beginning the process of buying, selling or re-mortgaging, and we have therefore provided details of our fees for our work in these areas which we believe provide our clients with excellent value for money, and also the various outlays involved. Our policy has always been to charge no more than is necessary to maintain our high levels of service, and we believe the fees we charge provide our clients with excellent value for money.
